Interfaith Experience Volunteer Committee:
The Temple of Understandings Young Professionals group, Interfaith Experience, is looking for new committee members.
Interfaith Experience launched in 2007 and co-sponsored by the Rubin Museum of Art, is a monthly program designed for young adults that offers grounding in the practices and history of cultures and religions. In addition, the interplay of religion and work-life are explored within the context of specific traditions.
All committee members are required to co-manage the planning, promotion and hosting of all Interfaith Experience Young Professional Events, attend all planning meetings either in person or via the phone, attend 60% or more of all events for each program season, regularly contribute to blogs and other promotional tools, bring two or more new attendees to one or more event and act as an informed spokesperson for the Temple of Understanding in general and it’s Interfaith Experience Young Professionals work in particular.

Temple of Understanding Research Volunteer:
The Temple of Understanding (ToU) welcomes volunteers who are interested in working on Interfaith and Interfaith Education research projects. Volunteers will work with ToU staff to develop an independent research project that focuses on global and/or domestic interfaith work and faith traditions. Volunteers will report directly to ToU staff.
