Meet our 2021 TOU interns! We are very pleased to welcome interns from around the world virtually this summer! During our first week, the TOU interns have been engaged in exploring the work of the Temple of Understanding and learning more about the United Nations as they begin to think about the topics they will be researching throughout the program. We are looking forward to participating in HLPF, hearing from speakers on numerous topics, experiencing religious site visits, and more over the next few weeks!

Seung Chan (Kevin) Lee, South Korea

Hello, my name is Seung Chan (Kevin) Lee, and I will hopefully be attending Oxford University to study PPE (Philosophy, Politics, Economics) this October. Born and raised in South Korea, I am extremely excited to meet and work with motivated students all over the world through this internship, exploring my passions beyond my previous body of knowledge. I am particularly committed to learning more about healthcare systems and advocating for change. As a contributing member of the Health Impact Fund, I aim to promote a fairer distribution of medicine through an alternative patent system.
